Due to its success, Pro Pay, Inc. was purchased by a publicly held Employee Leasing company in 1993. After serving two years as a Board Member and senior executive of the acquiring public company, Mr. Diamond returned to the private sector and soon developed another PEO known as Prompt Pay, Inc. This, too, was sold to a public company in1998.

When Mr. Diamond launched his aforementioned PEO in 1999, he developed and advanced a reliable standard of excellence in the provision of comprehensive services for his clients. This, along with his personal hands-on approach, provided the momentum that ultimately led to the company’s enormous and continuing growth, and with unswerving client service since its inception ten years ago.

Mr. Diamond is a graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut with a B.S. Accounting Degree, and has served as president of the Arizona Association of Professional Employer Organizations (AAPEO) Chapter of National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).

Early in his career, Mr. Diamond managed his own accounting practice, in addition to serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Children’s Centers of America, Inc, a publicly held corporation that operated one hundred and twelve day care centers in 14 states.Moreover, he achieved success as the CFO and President of SmokEnders, Inc., an international seminar-based organization dedicated to helping cigarette smokers surrender their nicotine addiction.

Now, Mr. Diamond brings his 23 years of management, financial and PEO experience to Key Vista Associates, Inc. where he once again will stimulate a sound, well-rounded program of client-oriented services.
